Cancellation policy

Once one off orders are placed via the website, there is a 30 minute window which allows you to cancel/ amend/ edit your order. Once this window closes you can contact the customer service team at hello@k3hydration.com with your order number and request, however, due to the team working quickly to pick and pack your items, unfortunately this means that it is very rare that we can amend or cancel this. If your order has been dispatched and you wish to return this, you can reject your order at the door, or do not collect your parcel from a sorting office / post office, we will refund you once the parcel has been returned to us by the delivery service provider.
If you paid a shipping fee this will be deducted from your refund total.
